![]() Garbage days smell horrible and smell even worse as they have to bleach the ground clearing out the stench. The garage is $200 per month per vehicle. There is only one slightly larger than a standard-size door for moving in and out, all beds and couches must be maneuvered through a side door that sits on a hill beside the building because the garage door can not be held open long enough to move in plus the garage has low clearance for moving trucks. ![]() There is no parking for the Coda at Bryant street including if you are moving into the building. No proper loading zone for moving in or out. Every other door including doors to all common spaces and amenities is manual, extremely heavy, and hard to maneuver even with just a stroller. Not very handicap accessible - while the building is not breaking any accessibility code it is not very aliment or handicap friendly. - The only power-operated doors are the main entrance doors. Cons: - Leasing/Property management: All-knowing, condescending and passive-aggressive. I strongly believe if leasing and upper management of The Coda at Bryant/The Chase reflected even 1% of the p rofessionalism and dedication of the custodial and maintenance staff there would be zero to no complaints for me or other Coda at Bryant St. I left comfortable resigning our lease because of the professionalism, attitude and efficiency of the custodial and maintenance staff. ![]() I moved in nearly 1.5 yrs ago with the highest expectations after my partner had toured & signed a reservation the same day, quickly move in day revealed the attitudes and restrictions of the building that would last our whole lead into our newest lease. ![]()
